*Special clutch or dry clutch made by SP Takegawa is recommended for vehicles equipped with cylinder head big bore (R-stage / Super head etc.) other than light big bore.
*Because this reinforced centrifugal clutch is installed on a stock crankshaft, it is necessary to use the clutch and crankshaft at an allowable speed of 10000 rpm or less when it is installed on a high-revving, high-output engine.

This is a reinforced centrifugal clutch kit to solve the clutch slippage that occurs when the Light Big Bore Kit (e-stage / S-stage) is installed on the 6V Monkey (centrifugal clutch vehicle).
It is possible to transmit the performance of the light big bore sufficiently, and the original engine output is demonstrated.
Clutch Structure: The stock weight roller type is changed to the plate weight type, and the weight is further increased to strengthen it.
(Stock centrifugal clutch: 4 pieces x 4 places → 16 pieces) (SP Takegawa centrifugal clutch: 8 sheets x 4 places: 32 sheets)
Assembly Method:Since the reinforced clutch assembly is already assembled, it can be easily installed by simply replacing the stock clutch assembly, clutch outer cover, clutch guide and primary driven gear with the kit parts.
When this kit is installed, the primary reduction ratio will be changed from the stock 3.722 to 4.058. Therefore, if you lower the number of teeth of the drive sprocket by 3T, you can keep the driving feeling before the clutch change.

exellent produit.il a ete tres facile de le monter sur mon st70 6volt de 1973 avec le mode d'emploi et les outil adequates.On ressent vraiment la qualité de takegawa.Tout marche très bien sur mon moteur.il a fallu regler la garde l'embrayage et changer la couronne de 3 dents en moins pour revenir a la démultiplication originales .Cet elbrayage a ete monte sur un bas moteur origine et avec un bore kit 88cc s stage takegawa,je recommande ce produit pour un avoir un moteur parfait.----------------------------------------------exellent produit.il was very easy to mount it on my 6volt ST70 1973 with the instructions and tool adequates.On really feel the quality of takegawa.Tout works very well on my moteur.il had to settle custody the clutch and change the crown of 3 missing teeth to return to the original .This elbrayage gear was mounted on a low engine origin and with a 88cc bore kit Takegawa s internship, I recommend this product for having a perfect engine.Powered by Google Translator

MONKEY75 Clutch was not good, so I installed this one
