The calculation is performed every 0.1 second, so it is not real time, but the true response speed is shown when shifting up and down in the engine speed range where the centrifugal clutch does not slip. In terms of rpm, it is recommended to keep the rpm above 3000 rpm and not to go below 2500 rpm.
Since the Monkey 125 has only a manual clutch, the exact gear can be displayed as soon as the clutch lever is released. In addition, this product is equipped with an auxiliary function that fixes the displayed gear while the clutch is depressed to alleviate discomfort.
