This oil cooler kit can be installed by removing the stock air cleaner box and stock connecting tube and installing the SP Takegawa air filter kit directly on the stock throttle body.
The oil cooler unit is installed in the space where the stock air cleaner box was removed, and the supplied oil cooler bracket is installed and attached under the frame.
This allows you to have the same style as the previous generation Monkey Custom.
■Oil outlet
Oil can be drawn out to the oil cooler by attaching the oil cooler unit supplied with the kit to the oil filter section on the stock clutch cover.
A special oil filter that can be used even when an oil cooler unit is installed is included, allowing oil to be taken out without compromising the oil filter function.
The oil cooler unit is equipped with a relief valve mechanism similar to the stock filter cover and a neodymium magnet to attract iron particles mixed in the engine oil.
■About the main unit of Compact Cool
The main body of the cooler adopts the compact cooler with excellent cooling effect.
By installing an oil cooler, you can suppress the rise in oil temperature due to the increase in engine bore.
Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
・It can be installed together with stock exhaust or SP Takegawa's various exhausts.
・Can be installed together with SP Takegawa steering damper set.
