Lever touch Stable, Seal No groove deterioration

Advantage - N4RC1-108G-RLS
ZX-6R (2005) It installed in.

NORMAL is TOKICO's 4pot / 4 pad Radial mount caliper is installed.
But this TOKICOCaliper, Piston Lever play amount just after rubbing out is small but good, once Brake enters heat (Even with the heat quantity of the street ride) There is a bad habit that Lever play amount increases rapidly.
Immediately after rubbing out, it was just a good position with Lever adjustment Dial 3, but after use it was too close to Lever even with Dial 1.

ZZr 1400 and ZX-6 R (2007) NISSIN 4 pod used in / 4 padCaliper is pounding, I heard that it is possible to improve the onset of TOKICO, but the car model Caliper is Brown, while the OEMTOKICO gold color ....
When I was distracted to convert it to a thing with different colors, I knew that Gold color was handled as Advantage and I bought it.

The difference between TOKICO and NISSIN was Pad pin surface treatment, Seal groove treatment, Piston Material.
TOKICO ← Part name → NISSIN
Black dyeing process ← Pad pin → Plating
Keep cutting ← Seal groove processing → Anodized
iron - Plating ←PistonMaterial→ Aluminum - Kashima Coat

* Specifications like 4, both OEMTOKICO and NISSIN / 4 pad, Piston diameter 30 mm, Pad friction material area is almost the same. Therefore, although it can be replaced without calculating hydraulic pressure ratios, the braking capacity itself does not improve.

- Conversion result
Lever touch has stopped changing. TOKICOCaliper It feels like keeping fee Ring just after rubbing out at any time.
Lever's play (Lever grip start ~ idle running time of braking start) It became steady and shorter, so safety may have improved slightly.

- after that
I used Piston seal for about 6 years, so I got a light drag condition.
This Caliper of NISSIN was Anodized Treatment up to the Piston seal groove, there was no corrosion of the Seal groove at all and only wiping the Dust was OK.
Other, Aluminum Piston (Kashima Coat) So it was just as well as washable here as well.

Since TOKICO is not treated to resist corrosion in the Seal groove, "Maintaining initial performance - Recovery "performance is inferior.

- Others
I was satisfied with the result because the purpose was to improve the Brake fee Ring.
But if it is said that it is worth 60 thousand ... I am a bit worried.

Rather than NISSIN being good, I understood that TOKICO was intensely bad.
Next, when switching from Motorcycle, make the model of TOKICOCaliper out of candidates.

ZX-6R (2005) When using this Caliper with Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) Hose between Caliper as ZX-6R (2007) Exchange to Hose, between MASTER and RightCaliper Hose needs to process Hose protective material. (When using OEM Parts Number)
