*Steel gasoline tanks have wrinkles (dents in the vertical direction) due to manufacturing.If you are concerned, please paint after filling the putty.
We do not accept complaints about wrinkles, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
●Some handles may come in contact with the tank, and the use of the handle stopper (26157) is required. Some blinkers may contact the tank and cannot be installed at the same time even if the stopper is used.
●Use the stock gas cock.However - for 92/7 models, the filter of the stock gas cock is too large, so please replace it with the stock gas cock for 92/8- models (stock part number #2J2-24500-01).It is recommended to replace the O-ring with a new one when installing.Stock part number: 1J7-24512-00 (-92/7), 2G2-24512-00 (92/8-).
●The primer finish does not require any surface preparation, but degreasing is necessary to remove dirt and oil.
●Do not add more than 7.5 liters of gasoline when refueling..
The stock seat can be used, but it is recommended to install COZY seat at the same time.(In this case, there will be a gap between the tank and the seat.)
Optional tank cap (right-hand thread 46174) can be used.
