FI Controller TYPE-e (Injection Controller)

■Multiple built-in fuel adjustment maps that have been set to match the SP Takegawa engine parts!!!
By installing SP Takegawa dedicated software on your PC or SP Takegawa dedicated application on your smart phone, you can set up a detailed fuel adjustment map according to your engine specification.
However, the setting is difficult and time consuming without a base fuel adjustment map because it requires a facility equipped with a chassis dynamo meter and O2 sensor.

FI-CON TYPE-e has several pre-set fuel adjustment maps for SP Takekawa engine specifications such as stock engine with sports camshaft and S-stage big bore kit 138cc.
With this system, if your vehicle is equipped with SP Takegawa products, you can complete the setting by installing FI-CON TYPE-e and selecting the built-in fuel adjustment map.
Even if your vehicle is equipped with other company's products such as exhaust, you can choose the built-in fuel adjustment map of SP Takegawa products and make fine adjustment to make your vehicle setting smoothly.

■It can be installed to the stock ECU by coupler-on!!!
Because the coupler that corresponds to the stock ECU is adopted for the wiring of the controller, there is no need to modify the wiring at all, and it can be easily installed by coupler-on to the stock ECU.

■Fuel injection time adjustment function
It is possible to adjust the maximum increase value of 5000μs and the maximum decrease value of 7500μs at every 5% of accelerator opening and every 500rpm of engine speed.
Therefore, it is suitable for a wide range of vehicles from stock engines to vehicles with increased bore.

■Real-time monitor function with engine temperature display
SP Takegawa dedicated software installed on a PC or smartphone (smartphone: App) is equipped with a real-time monitor function which is very useful for setting.
The real-time monitoring function digitally displays the tachometer screen, throttle opening graph screen, engine temperature, and injector fuel injection rate.
You can check the tachometer, TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) opening degree monitor and engine temperature in real time when the engine is running.

■Real search function
It can be connected to a PC or a smart phone with the engine running.The information of the running engine is reflected on the screen of PC or smart phone in real time.
The Real Search function reflects the RPM and throttle position readings on the fuel map graph, and makes the adjustment points clear by illuminating those areas.
This is a very useful feature when setting up.

■Rev limit function
The upper limit of the engine speed can be set.This function is independent of the limiter, so it can be set at low rpm.
This function can be effectively used when you do not want to increase the engine speed, for example, to prevent revving of a tuned engine or to run-in the engine.

■Digital acceleration pump function
FI-CON TYPE-e takes in the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) signal and monitors the speed of the accelerator opening.
When the accelerator pedal is opened quickly, the system judges that the rider wants quick acceleration and performs acceleration injection asynchronously in addition to the incremental injection set at the moment the accelerator pedal is opened.
(It can be set to work like the acceleration pump of a racing carburetor)

■Pit lane limiter function
In addition to the rev limiter function, when you don't want to increase the engine speed due to pit lane speed regulation on the circuit, you can connect the switch to the white wire in the spiral tube of the main unit and ground the body to activate the limiter only when the switch is on.

■Tachometer output service line included
The purple wire in the spiral tube of the unit outputs 5 volts per pulse per revolution.By connecting the pulse line of the electric tachometer to this, the engine speed can be measured.
