For the suspension, a new high rigid inverted front fork is adopted. The bottom bridge is made of aluminum forged, combined with the lightweight newly designed aluminum wheel, to improve the exercise performance, realize a light and high-quality riding feel.
The power unit improves the output of the high revolution range compared with the conventional model while maintaining easy-to-handle torque characteristics. In addition, assist slipper clutch and Honda selectable torque control (HSTC) ※1, which contribute to rider’s fatigue reduction and a sense of security, are newly adopted. It was easier to handle, comfortable, smooth ride, and “fun to manipulate” was improved.
The styling adopts a trapezoid proportion with a sense of condensation that aimed at centralizing mass common to the new generation CB series, and an LED headlight in a shape that makes it feel universality as a naked bike.

■ Body / Undercarriage

· The aluminum wheel adopts a new design of 5 Y-shaped spokes. Weight reduction is achieved by thinning each part while optimizing the rigidity.

– For the front brake, a radial mount caliper is newly adopted. Also, as with the conventional model, ABS *2 is equipped as standard.

– The newly designed air cleaner adopts a dedicated twin intake duct. Stable air is guided from the front side of the shroud integrated type arranged on the left and right side of the fuel tank, furthermore, the tip of the left and right intake duct is made into two pieces, and the air suction is also taken from the rear, thereby increasing the pressure inside the chamber , Improving the efficiency of charging the intake air into the combustion chamber, and achieving a sharp engine racing feeling.
– Adopting a new assist slipper clutch. The assist mechanism reduces the operation load of the clutch lever and improves the “fun to operate” by providing a slipper mechanism to reduce rear wheel hopping caused by sudden engine braking accompanying the shift down.
– Adopt Honda selectable torque control (HSTC) anew. The engine torque is optimized by adjusting the fuel injection amount on the basis of the value calculated from the difference between the front and rear wheel speeds, and the driving force of the rear tire is controlled, thereby alleviating the rear wheel slip. Switching ON / OFF is possible by switch operation of the left steering wheel.
■ Styling
– Styling realizes a compact and dynamic image by combining edge-rich edges and supple curved surfaces. Also equipped with shroud with metal texture. We adopt LED for all lighting equipment.
