Push rivets are often used in Yamaha and SEA BASS, but they always deteriorate over time.
Parts are often broken when removing and removing them, or they become too habitual and difficult to reuse.
It's not expensive and I try to use a new one when it goes bad, but KITACO releases them by Manufacturer, which is very helpful.
When car wash of ZZr 1400 I noticed that Push rivet at the lower Left Side of Upper Cowl is gone. I planned to purchase OEM Product as soon as possible at a nearby shop but I found that PushBolt for each Manufacturer is out from KITACO and purchased it. Originally for KAWASAKI's thing 7 Pi thickness was the thinnest Size so I thought this was fine, but the shape and thickness did not match when I actually wore it.
I removed the PushBolt of Right Side and checked it, the shape was slightly different but the one with the thickness of 6 pie for Yamaha fitted well. It was a story of the shop and it was a Parts for Motorcycle for FOR JAPAN MODEL, so it seems there is a size that does not fit if it is a re-imported car.
I bought the other side Push rivet at the time of purchase and it was earlier if I looked for the same Size but it took twice the time I thought it would fit from the number display of Parts List.
This time, for KAWASAKI 6 Pie Size did not appear, so I think that I could substitute for Yamaha. From now on, it will be helpful if you get Push rivet for reverse car.View Detail
