Kitaco Driven Sprocket (#535-1424033) with 33 teeth was chosen to change my GROMs final drive ratio after I fitted a bore up kit. Removing 1 tooth at the driven sprocket has widened each gear marginally and I feel It is all that is needed to complement the increase in torque provided by the bore up kit. Fitting of the Kitaco Driven Sprocket can be done with basic skills and tools. Fitting also requires adjustment of drive chain (~3mm rearwards) increasing wheelbase and stability. Change from standard gearing causes (electronic) speedo error. This Kitaco Driven Sprocket is the basic mass produced item, it is considerably lighter in weight than the Honda Rear sprocket and being black with cutouts it is not visually obtrusive once fitted.
Monkey jb03 version needs to be machined because the genuine wheel sprocket bolt is 10mm.The Kitako sprocket is 8 mm bolt size, so it needs to be machined to widen the hole with a drillView Detail
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the rear sprocket from Kitaco. The 34 tooth 420 pitch rear sprocket is manufactured from chrome moly high tensile steel and finished with black paint.About the feeling of use: The main reason I removed the OEM Honda rear sprocket was to rid myself of the silver finish for the better suited black finished rear sprocket from Kitaco to blend in with the black hub and black rim.Products to buy together: Some black axle spacing collars from Kitaco would also be desirable to purchase alongside the rear sprocket for even more black on black.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes. Lift and support the rear of the Grom however you can and remove the rear wheel from the swingarm. Loosen the four nuts that secure the OEM Honda rear sprocket and install the Kitaco rear sprocket followed by torquing down the four nuts once again. Refit the wheel to the swingarm and check the chain slack before tightening the rear axle. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a rear sprocket made from a durable material and in a black finish that suits the Grom for a great price as compared to the next cheapest black rear sprocket from SP Takegawa which is almost double the price.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: If you wish to swap rear sprockets for a change in colour or tooth size then inspect your current drive sprocket and drive chain to see if they will be suitable to use with your new rear sprocket and if not then purchase all three parts together.View Detail
Perfect for what I needed it for, easy to change, fast shipping to the states. Solid product from a excellent seller, exactly as described and has been very dependable. Would and will be shopping for more! Definitely recommend! View Detail
* About quality and texture, Black painted finished steel rear driven sprocket in 420 pitch same as the Honda OEM part but much lighter in weight without the chain guide and with the large cutouts.* About the feeling of use, Good fit to the rear hub with no oversizing of any holes required and the look of the black sprocket and black rear hub now being 1 piece is a nice touch.* Products to buy together, If you are looking to replace any worn drive line parts you will also be needing to purchase both the drive and driven sprockets and chain all together.* Difficulty of installation, For just the installation of the rear driven sprocket a rear maintenance stand is needed to removed the rear wheel to be able to access the sprocket and it's 4 mounting nuts. The process was completed in 40 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, There is no cheaper rear driven sprockets for the Monkey 125 here on Webike and I do not see why you would need to pay anymore as this is a great product.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, The 420 pitch is good for stock power or a moderate power increase but if your engine is pushing out double the power you want to go with the 428 pitch. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase.View Detail

View Detail
The packaging, condition and quality of the item are all good. However, in the case of JB03 Monkey imported to Korea, the screw hole size does not match, so additional 10-pi expansion work is required. Since it has been converted to 428, I believe there will be more reliable driving force transmission and durability.View Detail
I wonder where a sprocket is this good at this price. I was looking for a good price-performance sprocket because it's a consumable, and I decided on this one, but I think I did a great job.View Detail
First of all, I think it has the most merit in that it is quite affordable. I bought it believing that it was made by Kitako, not a loose product even though it was cheap. The color is black, so the gold of the chain stands out more and it's pretty. Thank you. I'll use it well.View Detail
Honda Genuine Part 42601-121-690 fits all my Honda CT110 1996 standard wheel parts (110mm brake). NO modification required, everything fits. My original OEM rear hub was unservicale. So I choose the 42601-121-690 over the 42601-153-600ZA because it is Silver. As a genuine part made in Japan it is of high standard.I like the contrast of the silver hub in the black rim with rays of shiny stainless spokes, thank you Webike Japan.View Detail
The SP Takegawa TC20 fixes all the carburation problems caused by cheap Chinese replacement carburettors. The TC20 appears to be a PC20 with the idle and air mixture screws on the left side of the carburettor body. There is no need for adjustment when fitted to a standard tune CT110, the TC20 is set perfect from the workshop. I tried adjusting it "richer" via mixture (1/2turn) and/or needle position (2nd position) and this gave slight hesitation. The TC20 makes my standard (72xxxkm) CT110 carburate cleanly with all the power available everywhere.Fitting is a easy swap using a pod air filter and basic tools. The standard fairing still fits if one trims the choke lever as depicted. Only drag is the need (must have) for a 2 into 1 fuel cock that can be had from (Kitaco) Webike Japan, of course.I recon this TC20 is the first tuning part one should install even before a performance exhaust, the responce it gives between 50-70kmh is better than the OEM carburettor and removes that mystery roughness from any inferior Chinese OEM copy. Best investment for my CT110!View Detail
My first Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit, I chose SP Takegawa with Takasago EXCEL 17" rims because they look so cool. I used stainless spokes to highlight and contrast the difference between old hub and new rim, OEM(110mm)hub). The SP Takegawa Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit is my only custom ~3000km to photo. Had the SP Takegawa 17" rims professionally laced to my OEM hub. Takasago EXCEL specs say their rims are heaver than OEM steel, you can't feel the difference of the Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit they just feel nice and solid/stiff. My SP Takegawa EXCEL kit with a wider footprint both ends, makes it so much more fun to ride my Honda. Thank you SP Takegawa and Webike Japan.View Detail
The Kitaco SERVICE MANUAL for CRANKCASE is worth it's weight in Gold. The information in it is transferable to ANY horizontal Honda style engine. Printed in Japanese with more than enough English captions, no information is lost. And the information it contains will turn you into a professional if you peruse it enough. Nothing is lost in translation and as usual a picture says a thousand words. I recon this manual should be brought before you waste money on a non-genuine service manual for you horizontal Honda motor. In fact the price of the Kitaco Crankcase and it's other half the Cylinder Head, Cylinder & Piston manual together along with shipping (from WEBIKE JAPAN, of course) will probably be less than a non-genuine manual for your specific engine. I think these manuals will eventually become collectors items. A must have if you "dig" the horizontal engine and it will save you money in the end. Invest now!View Detail
The Hurricane HB0038B handle bar gives my GROM a very road sport style ride position. They allows me to quickly crouch and easily tuck in my elbows when needed. The HB0038's bring the hands to a lower position while moving the body forward and stop my body catching the wind and being buffeted. This position must also move more weight onto the front wheel I recon. Fitment required basic tools and about an hour, get new hand-grips (Webike Japan, when you purchase the bars) don't bother trying to refit the standard GROM hand grips. I use a Honda CB750 clutch cable (from Webike Japan) which is a bit longer and allows smoother bends and gives better clutch pull/feel I recon. You CAN use the standard GROM clutch cable. The Hurricane HB0038 handle bar bend re positions the standard mirrors to give a better field of view for more safe riding in my opinion. These HB0038's replaced HB0039's on my GROM and will be staying on as they are the most comfortable of the two Hurricane "Foward" style bars.View Detail
