NOTE: I have not tried it with stock air filter, but only with K&N sports air filter. And together with this filter it is a perfect match! The sound is absolutely deeper, and has a nice snarl to it as well, with out being stupidly loud. With the K&N air filter at least, one can get a slight popping too on engine breaking, all though it is not so noticeable that it is an annoyance. As for performance, it seems to have more of an even effect curve, and it is much better in mid range than the original exhaust with the K&N filter and quicker on the throttle pick up. Will it set your hair on fire? No, but it is absolutely a more fun and dynamic drive for sure. The only thing I would put my finger on is that they could have tidied up their welds a bit more, but it is only on the parts of the exhaust that is not visible when mounted on the bike. Recommended!
This is a great value. Replaces the OEM boat anchor my 2016 Yamaha SR400 had. Has a great sound and with a blocked AIS it doesn't pop. Shipping to USA was so fast I was surprised, less than 2 weeks. AAA rating.View Detail
Datona is a slip on OEM cable with a soft, high-pitched tone that is easy to set up, easy to install and can be installed as a megaphone. The sr400fi makes the torque better than the original pipe. The acceleration is improved with a less than 0-100 Km range. Not so annoying for the car for everyday use. It is a trusted product.View Detail

Because I felt that the sound and performance of OEMExhaust System was not good enough, I installed DAYTONA Slip-on Silencer Megaphone Type SR400. ('10' -'16) I replaced it with a 94499.
It took me about 1.5~2h to complete everything while taking DIY pictures.
I've seen some reviews that say the plating is rough in places you can't see, but mine was totally Large and durable.
If I had to say, I'd say that the silencer fixing bolt with mounting bracket on the reverse side was a little less shiny than the plating due to the heat from welding, but it's fine.
Slim, a little shorter than OEM, Stylish and satisfying.
The volume is not too loud, but it is OK for me personally. it is a little thicker and crisper than OEM. It's a large exhaust system.
The low end torque is not sacrificed and the mid to high range is more extended. If you open it up, it sounds pretty good.
None of the BackFire either.
I'm very happy that the minimum speed of 5th gear is 50km/h→40km/h. I think I can go on a touring.
The center stand stopper is installed in the Left SideTandem FootpegBracket by cutting the anti-vibration rubber 1cm thick. I did a trial run, but no problem.View Detail

Although the Megaphone Exhaust of Motor Rock was used, because the volume was big, I changed to Daytonamegaphone by the thing called price and Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence.
The installation itself was completed in about 15 minutes because I changed the exhaust system once. It was not so difficult to install.
The sound is a little bit bigger than OEM because of Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence. Sort of.
Level that I don't think it's too loud to aggravate.
Exhaust pressure is more than OEM.
When I ran it on a test run, it made me feel like it wasn't right for me at all. It doesn't run as powerfully as before even if you turn it, and when you open it up and turn it back at once, the AfterBurn is terrible. (A popping noise when Axel is not open.)
It's good for those who drive slowly, says "like SR "but not for those who drive a bit too fast.
It's good to have it for car inspection.View Detail

Installed on a 2017 SR400
First, open the package after receiving it
I was surprised at how beautiful the exhaust system surface was, even more so than I expected No scratches on the side either
I was worried because the other imprecisions were disappointing, but... Individuals? Or is it lots?
However, the Exhaust End section is a bit messy if you look closely at it up close
Then installation
This is the first time I've replaced the Exhaust System
When removing the exhaust bracket from the OEMExhaust System, you will need to remove the Bolt I had a hard time with the
When the Exhaust System is set up and Spanner is kicked from the top, it came off easily It was
If you remove the OEM exhaust system, the Center stand (sold separately) Install the stopper, and use the
Next, I installed this Exhaust System
I didn't have any difficulty here
It's about 40 minutes in time
And then the Engine starts
The sound of Idling and blowing is close to the OEM sound, but the volume is definitely a bit large It's like it's getting better
Well, I thought to myself, "Well, this is how it's going to be..." and went to my usual pass
Here's the Big Li, it sounds like a single cylinder!
On a gentle uphill climb, you open the Axel from around 2000 rpm in 3rd gear and bam! and accelerates with a popping sound
And of course, baba baba in other GEAR! And it makes a nice sound
And on the descent, AxelOff and Buffing.... Buffing..... And it makes a pleasant sound when you AxelOff
Perhaps because it's lighter than the OEM Exhaust System, I feel that acceleration is a little better
I haven't tried more than 5000 rpm yet, but I'm already Large satisfiedView Detail
