Whenever I play with the intake or exhaust system of the KSR110, it goes bad. I bought my KSR PRO second hand from Full normal, low mileage and it was not running well from the beginning. We have been working on the air cleaner box for a year and changing the jetting every time we drive it, but the OEM carburetor could not solve this problem. It is the best condition at the moment with Made in Thailand's Full Exhaust System + Baffle removal + Air cleanerBox processing (elephant nose, pig nose, etc. are naturally removed), Main jet #110, Slow Jet #10.0 (Needle stage and PilotAir screw are in default condition). The stalling and trough of the torque that had been bothering me for a long time disappeared quickly, and the torque in the low to mid range dramatically increased as if it had been bored up. The high rpm range has also been increased, and the top speed has been increased by about 10km/h! Expensive Carburetor kit, but this is a RECOMMENDATION!!! However, the main jet included is #160, #150, #130, and the slow jet is #15, #12.5, so you need to buy more. Gasoline Hose is also not long enough, so you have to prepare it separately. There is a similar carburetor kit from Takegawa, but it is for Power Filter only. Because I use it for commuting, I cannot choose the Power FilterSpec. which cannot be ridden on a rainy day, I chose the Type corresponding to the Air cleanerBox of KITACO, but in the Machine with Cell (KSR PRO and KLX110L), the Accelerator Wire which is attached cannot be used.
