*The following stock parts are required when installing on a 6V Monkey with centrifugal clutch.(1) 23110-GK-010 Gear COMP primary driven (69T) (2) 22121-035-020 Guide and clutch center (3) 23120-086-020 Gear primary drive (17T) *The secondary reduction ratio needs to be reset with sprockets because the 1: 1 reduction ratio changes from 18/67 (3.722) to 17/69 (4.05) with the installation of the above parts.
The primary drive and driven gears are not changed and are used as they are, so the 1 reduction ratio remains the same.Compatible with 88cc / 105cc big bore kit manufactured by SHIFT UP.

Finally CUB PRESS finished in over two years. Large Maka Spec. Is 110 cc of bore 52 mm × Stroke 52 mm, carburetor is PE 28, Mission is DAX 4 speed Rotary, Exhaust System is caby 's Down Exhaust System, without Baffle, Oil is elf Moto 4 TEC 10 W - 50, 4 fin Oil cooler. I did not adjust the carburetor, but I adjusted it at the Large body,. There is no problem until the 3rd gear up to around 6000 revolutions. ^_^ The speed exceeded 6000 rpm, when Speed ??came out Speed ??did not rise, just spinning up Clutch was slipping. _ | ? | ○ Large body carburetor is also well understood, again adjusting the carburetor and Clutch. Once again retries. There is no problem for 1st and 2nd speed. It seems that the carburetor adjustment also matched, and the power is also rising. ^_^ 3 speed 4,5000 rpm, turning up all the way up = Clutch sliding _ | ? | ○ After that, Clutch adjustment is made and trial run is repeated, but the same condition. _ | ? | ○
I thought that I raised Power too much, and when consulting a detailed person - - - I got the advice that I think that compatibility with Oil is bad!. When I listen to a good story, SHIFT UP's Clutch board is a famous Manufacturer (Not elf) It seems that compatibility with Oil additives seems not to be good, it was that it started out with a single shot!. Expensive Oil seems not to be very good, but whatever 50 cc is made to 110 cc, I am not going to replace it with an inexpensive Oil. o (`Ω ') o
Let's be careful with the selection of Oil! In my case, I do not intend to lower Oil's Grade, so I will rechallenge with another company Clutch.View Detail
This price is cheap for the whole Clutch. I was worried about building, but there was no problem with SHIFT UP of trust. Clutch no longer slips, Large is satisfied satisfied.View Detail

Worked fine in my 1975 6volt Honda C50. Installed easily and seems pretty good quality. The springs are possibly a little stronger that the original clutch but this doesn\'t seem to be a problemView Detail
