This bike came in with a few issues but nothing too major. There were also a lot of smaller issues that needed addressing. This one was a mirror damper that had deteriorated beyond repair. A new one was needed. Finding the right one for this model of bike was pretty straight forward when using the Kawasaki schematics. A little hunting on Webike and I found the right one was already in stock and ready to ship. The price was very good and even if I could source one locally, I doubt it would be this good value. I had a few other smaller bits for this bike too and got them all shipped together to save a little shipping. EMS is my chosen courier as they just get the parts to me fast. In 5 days from being shipped, my order arrived. Everything was very well packaged and a lot of bubble wrap was used by Webike warehouse. All was kept nice and safe during transit. This damper is a nicely made piece of thick rubber which helps with vibration and allows the mirror to move slightly with the wind. A very nice part and although not particularly that important, it is when it starts to affect the mirror movement. Fitting is super easy, a couple pf bolts and back together. Having heard a lot of good things about the SBS brand of brake pads, I decided it was time to give them a go on a different model. This bike is one of my own which does brake heavy and thought I would try the street excell sintered ones. Finding the correct part for fitment was pretty easy as I visited SBS website and put my model details in. Webike had these in stock and so ordered 2 sets with a few other parts. The shipping was fast and via EMS, delivered to me in 5 days.All was packed really well and did not move during transit, no damage at all. The pads came in their own SBS branded packet and arrived with no chips or any visual damage at all. They feel solid and as they are sintered you can see teh different materials in the pads themselves, I do believe they have a higher than normal high heat resistance. I have not fitted them yet but that will be in the next few weeks. So far though, they look pretty good. Lets hope they perform as they should.View Detail
